Sodexo is a global Food and Facilities Management services company with 340.000 employees in 80 Countries.
Sodexo needed to launch the intranet of their new headquarters over a very short time frame.
As a project manager part of the E-communication department team, I managed the project from scratch to launch. The web site was launched successfully on time and budget in 10 weeks.

I also created the Domain Name policy, assessed domain name internal processes and made recommendations for domain name management.

Major clients of AP production

From 2001 to 2007, I was the owner of AP production, a French SARL. My activity was to design, develop and maintain dynamic web sites and intranets. All the web sites were developed with open source tools in a LAMP environment, PHP / Mysql.
The idea was to be involved throughout the life cycle of a project. From refining the clients business case for online activities, to actually creating the graphic design, developing the code and optimizing its visibility.

These web sites were conceived with search engine optimization and user friendliness in mind.

X-PM Transition partners (2001 – 2007)

X-PM Transition Partners is a Transition Management firm (Executive Interim). They have activities in Europe and Asia with offices in Paris, Singapore and Beijing. Their clients are executives of TOP 500 fortune companies.

I created several web sites for X-PM which enjoyed many versions over the years : www.X-pm.com, www.XibridgeAlliance.com.

I also created their internal Human resource Management and CRM Tool : candidate workflow, pool management, dashboards, alerts, …

Metis Europe - (2005 - 2007)

Metis is an online journal on social European issues.
I created the whole system backend (the intranet) to front end (the web site).
The idea being to enable journalists to directly publish their articles using a word-like interface.
Administrators and editors were then able to review and correct the articles and publish each new monthly issues. The whole system was completed by a newsletter automatically sent to readers and precise statistics on readers behavior.

Their web site has been redesigned by a new agency in April 2008. www.metiseurope.eu

Kazachok (2001 - 2007)

Kazachok is a licensing and marketing company.
Kazachok exploits all information related to licensing : who has the rights over some caracter or brand.
They publish magazines, organize events and publish several Licensing guides each year.
Online, they edit a E-commerce portal, several newsletters, …

Starting with a simple web site in 2001, I created their whole information infrastructure over the years.

• The back office allowed Kazachok to manage all their data
• CRM tool : subscribers, readers, online clients, attendees to events, …

• the editing of the newsletters (4 of them),
• This Extranet was available in French Italian and English and used in France and Italy. Data was organized by users rights and countries rights. Focus on security was important. It involved a complex and evolving data structure with extraction, newsletter editing, automated updating email based system to handle the updating of the date each year

Enfandises is a web site for kids quotes. (2001 - 2007). It was my first web site.
This web site has evolved a lot over the years but stayed true to its original graphic identity. www.enfandises.com

Quatrième groupe(2004 - 2007)

The Quatrième Groupe is a famous French psychoanalytic association.
I created their web site, newsletter and internal blog and set up their backoffice for content publication.
