September 2008 was such an incredible month

First there was the launch of the Large Haldron Collider at CERN. An immense project involving the best brains on earth, cutting edge physics in a quest to discover the fabric of the Universe. CERN is not very generous in its outside communication but check out the 12th sept. edition of the BBC program Science in Action for a visit of the LHC.

Then China has its first human in space with the successful Shenzhou VII mission. the taikonaute Zhai Zhigang is the first chinese to walk in Space.

And earlier this month, Google suddenly launched a new browser Chrome. A lot inspired from the Opera browser but definitely a great tool.
Oh yes and there was also the global financial meltdown, the Armageddon of credit institution and banks all over the world.
