Google docs is a sure win everytime

According to NPD, 73% of americans have never heard of Google Docs let alone of online office suit. This number might even be more important for France. However this does not mean that online office applications are doomed from the beginning. In my own experience, everytime I shared online project related documentation with my clients through google docs so that we could work on the same document or just to give them access to instant updates, they simply loved it. In fact each and every time they did adopt this way of sharing documents with their own partners, collegues and clients.
Google docs is a sure win everytime.
